Online sales only effective March 13

Juilliard has been closely monitoring the advice of health authorities at the city, state, and federal levels and in response to recently updated guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding the current spread of COVID-19. Out of an abundance of caution, we are closing the physical Juilliard Store to the general public, suspending all in-person transactions effective March 13.

While there are currently no confirmed or suspected cases at Juilliard, we are committed to protecting the health and safety of our customers and community.

We will continue to process orders via thejuilliardstore.com and are offering free domestic ground shipping on all orders during this period. Our staff will also be on hand Monday through Friday from 11am-4pm to answer questions via email and online chat.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We will continue to provide the highest level of service while taking the appropriate precautions during this unprecedented situation. We strongly believe that actions taken now will have the greatest chance of decreasing risk for all those we serve.
